On June 12, Prof. Jun Zhu from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, was invited by Prof. Wenxiong Zhang to deliver an academic lecture at the College of Chemistry, Peking University. Prof. Zhu's research focuses on theoretical studies of aromaticity. He proposed the concept of adaptive aromaticity and has made significant contributions to this field. During the lecture, he shared his research achievements on aromaticity accumulated over many years, as well as some insights into his hobbies and interests outside of academic life.
After the lecture, Prof. Zhu visited the lab at the invitation of Prof. Zhang and took a group photo with us. We sincerely thank Prof. Zhu for his visit and inspiring presentation.
